A short boat-ride away is the extraordinary Ile aux Cerfs Golf Course, 7000 yard, 18-hole championship course designed by Bernhard Langer. Ilot Mangenie, the resort’s retreat island, is just five minutes away by private boat.
The Hibiscus Wing and Coral Wing are both located on the mainland, with further suites on the private Frangipani Island. All rooms and suites are sea-facing. All guests have personalized 24-hour butler service.

The Royal Suite offers the highest level of service standards and exceptional privacy, as it is completely detached. There is a huge master bedroom, dining room and outside terrace. This suite is ideal for entertaining, or a private romantic dinner.

The main dining room is on the three different levels; with cuisines of nine countries presented in a ‘culinary theatre’ by eight show kitchens. These include a continental rotisserie and grill, contemporary Asian and Italian corners, an extensive salad bar, a centrally located patisserie section and bakery. Open for breakfast (7.30 to 10.30am) through to dinner (7pm to 10pm).
Barlen’s
With wooden floors, thatched roofs and its contemporary Asian-inspired interior, this unique beachside restaurant and bar pampers guests who dine on the shoreline of Trou d’Eau Douce Bay. Choose from sushi, Western char-grills, Japanese grills and salads. Serving lunch and dinner.
Safran
This enchanting restaurant, with it’s modern interpretation of classic Indian cuisine, devised by Vineet Bhatia. It applies continental methods of preparation to a range of timeless Indian recipes. The open kitchen’s focal point is the tandoori ovens producing a tasty variety of Indian bread, mouth-watering appetisers and main courses. Open for dinner only, from 7pm to 10pm, closed on Wednesdays.
Sega Bar
Situated in the middle of the main pool, light refreshments, tropical cocktails and a wide variety of whiskies are served. Open from 9am to 1am.
Beach Service
Daily from 7.30am to sundown, light snacks and refreshing beverages are served to you on the beach.
Paul et Virginie & Sands Bar
Situated on Ile aux Cerfs, Paul et Virginie specialises in grills, fresh seafood, pizzas and a variety of Mauritian dishes. Open from 12am to 3pm. Also available to cater for up to 300 guests on special occasions such as weddings or evenings for groups and incentives. Sands Bar serves a selection of drinks from 9.30am to 5pm and snacks from 11.30am to 4.30pm.
Crusoe’s Restaurant & Robinson’s Bar
Situated on Ilot Mangenie, Crusoe’s is open for lunch from 12am to 3pm offering fresh fish, salad bar and pizza. Every Sunday, Robinson’s features a lavish brunch with its signature stir-fry kiosk, spit-roasted leg of lamb or free-range chicken, a lagoon seafood barbecue, salad bar and dessert counter. Robinson’s Bar is open from 10am to 4pm.

Providing sophisticated personal training, stretching sessions, programmes for swimming, aquatic exercise, tennis and golf. A jogging partner is also available on request. Use of equipment is free of charge, with a fee for personal trainer services. Open daily from 7am to 8pm.

The Hairdressing Salon provides services and care of the highest standards in hair aesthetics for both men and women. Open daily from 10am to 8pm.
Water Sports complimentary
Mostly based at Ile aux Cerfs (free shuttle boat provided) with facilities including canoes, kayaks, laser sailing dinghies, hobiecats, pedal boats, glass bottom boat trips, snorkelling, unlimited water-skiing, windsurfing and aqua-gym lessons.

Situated on a private island opposite the resort is One & Only’s Ile aux Cerfs 18 hole par-72 championship golf course designed by Bernhard Langer. This includes a world famous David Leadbetter Golf Academy, which offers a state of-the-art teaching and practice facility. Golf on the 9-hole Gary Player designed golf course at One & Only Le Saint Geran is also available. On the mainland, horseriding, nature trails, deer stalking, cycling, bocciball, jogging track, volleyball, football and four floodlit tennis courts. The tennis club is affiliated to the Peter Burwash Institute.
